Instructions
  1. Chop the onions finely, fry until golden brown and pour over dumpling bread.
  2. Cube the beef into small pieces, whisk the egg and milk and add to dumpling mass.
  3. Spice with salt, pepper and nutmeg, chopped parsley and garlic and knead thoroughly.
  4. Bind the ingredients with flour and mix thoroughly.
  5. Form dumplings and boil gently in hot water for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with gravy and sauerkraut
