Instructions
  1. Place small chopped pieces of stale rye bread in a pan and cover with water.
  2. Add the beer and boil.
  3. Then mix and leave to cool.
  4. Then add the glair and butter and spread thinly over a silicone mat with a palette knife and bake for 10 mins. at a temperature of 160 °C.
