From 24th to 26th June 2022 Flachau is “The Place 2 Be” for all fans of e-mountain biking.

This weekend will see the premiere of the Flachau E-Bike Festival, one of 3 stops on the E-Bike World Tour.

Test new material, explore the Salzburg mountains, get inspired, stroll through the festival area or indulge in culinary delights, ….. And then there’s plenty of exciting racing – namely the “Bosch E-MTB Challenge 2022 by Trek”, suitable for everyone, and the elite race “E-Tour of Salzburger Land”, a real highlight for absolute e-mountain bike pros. This and more entertainment ensure a packed programme on these three days in Flachau.

However, there’s still a lot of preparatory work to be done beforehand. A really cool, new challenge for our team, which is responsible for the realisation of the event together with the event-proven crew of the Freeride World Tour. To whet your appetite for the festival, we thought we’d bring the insiders of our team in front of the curtain to convince you that you should definitely spend the last weekend in June in Flachau.

“I’m really looking forward to trying out the latest generation of e-mountain bikes. Test loops are available for every riding level. You can ride the loops for between 25 and 45 minutes and get a feel for what the new material can do,” reveals Gerald, who is already very excited about what the modern e-mountain bikes have to offer.

Biking for all it’s worth is Luki’s motto. So, it’s no wonder that he is very involved in the discovery tours. Here, too, a diverse selection of half-day and day tours awaits the participants. “We’ve tried to find varied routes along which you can discover the beauty of our landscape. I can’t wait to see which mountain panorama will impress you the most.”

“Biking and enjoyment, that’s the perfect combination for me,” says Fabia, who is not only an enthusiastic biker but also appreciates a special atmosphere and good food. “On the Gourmet Tour, you can expect a beautiful e-bike ride with gourmet stops that we will stage especially for you – Come and see for yourselves and be spoiled!”
